As a postpartum doula, I assist new parents after the birth of their child. I am trained in providing non-medical, physical comfort measures while women recover from giving birth, emotional support to new mothers and fathers, support in breastfeeding and infant care. I am there to listen to your concerns, answer questions, and care for the entire family throughout the postpartum transition. While each family has unique needs, I will do my best to anticipate those needs and keep the household on track. Here is a list of services you can expect depending on your needs.

  • Non-judgmental attitude
  • Daytime, evening and/or overnight care
  • Emotional support
  • Breastfeeding and/or bottle feeding support
  • Sibling care
  • Light housekeeping
  • Laundry
  • Meal preparation
  • Grocery shopping
  • Errands

If you choose to hire me, I will write up an agreement based on your needs. I take a nonrefundable retainer of 1/3 of the entire agreement to hold the time for you. The retainer will be deducted from your weekly invoices throughout the entirety of our agreement.
