As a postpartum doula, I assist new parents after the birth of their child. I am trained in providing non-medical, physical comfort measures while women recover from giving birth, emotional support to new mothers and fathers, support in breastfeeding and infant care. I am there to listen to your concerns, answer questions, and care for the entire family throughout the postpartum transition. While each family has unique needs, I will do my best to anticipate those needs and keep the household on track. Here is a list of services you can expect depending on your needs.

If you choose to hire me, I will write up an agreement based on your needs. I take a nonrefundable retainer of 1/3 of the entire agreement to hold the time for you. The retainer will be deducted from your weekly invoices throughout the entirety of our agreement.
Postpartum doula services
I provide support in shifts of a minimum of 4 hours in which I provide support in breastfeeding, allowing parents to get rest or just get a break, assist in light housekeeping, errands, meal preparation and emotional support in your transition into parenthood.
Rates $35/hour
Daytime visits have a minimum of 4 hours/visit
Overnights have a minimum of 8 hour/visit.
Consultations
I offer consultations for preparation for the baby, postpartum consultations to focus on issues of concern for you and what to expect in the coming weeks/months, and sleep consultations for infants and toddlers.
Initial consultation $150 (approximately 1.5 to 2 hours)
Additional consultations $60/hr.
